Biden’s Super High IQ Strikes again

Here is a nice little video of Joe Biden telling Senator Chuck Graham to stand up. There is one tiny problem with that.

What you can’t see in the video is the Senator sitting in a wheelchair.

    I can’t stand Lunchpail Joe, but I feel bad for him with this gaffe. At least with this gaffe he wasn’t in full puffery mode.
