The List
I’m am putting together a list of things that I don’t understand and questions I would like answered. If you want to add to the list, make a comment. If I really like it, I will move it from the comments to the post, crediting you of course.
If you haven’t commented here before, your comment will be on hold for moderation until I can view it. So don’t get your panties in a bunch.
Here we go.
- Why did we need more sanctions before we went into Iraq, but we don’t need any against Iran because that’s just saber-rattling?
- Why does the left think we can cure pedophiles, but not homosexuals?
- The government should tell us when to go to the doctor because that is progressive, but the government shouldn’t listen to phone calls from terrorists because that is unconstitutional.
- Why does the right think we can cure homosexuals, but not pedophiles?
- Why is it the responsibility of the US to provide financial aid to poor countries, but ensuring they don’t use that aid to murder each other isn’t our business?
- The Constitution guarantees your child’s right to have an abortion, and says nothing about your right to own a gun.
- If we would just give these poor terrorists more money, they would be nice to us. But don’t buy an SUV because cars that get bad gas mileage put money into the pockets of terrorists.

I would throw the question back and ask why children and adults are treated as equally responsible sexual partners. Adults have no excuse in what they do because they are mature enough to make their own decisions. You cannot say that about children. Thus any act of pedophilia is simply child rape. Child rape and voluntary homosexual intercourse between adults are vastly different things.
