		<description>First, I love the new blog layout.  It&#039;s fantastic.  

Secondly, I&#039;ve been worried about the &quot;pull-out&quot; from Basra for some time.  I&#039;m not sure if I&#039;m understanding it correctly because I focus on U.S. forces.  Sadr is probably demagoguing when he says it&#039;s a withdrawal and he sees it as a victory... the Brits say their job is done.  Time will tell, but I would hate for this to be an impatient strategic move that allows al-Qaeda to take over Basra essentially losing the entire war.  Maybe I&#039;m giving the Brits too much credit.

However, these Brits are the one who didn&#039;t even know how to properly patrol the boarder/water and were abducted by Iran.... then they sang like swans and sucked up to the Iranians, something U.S. troops were embarrassed just to watch.
