Ron Paul Truthers and the Need for Conspiracy
It has been proven beyond any doubt that Ron Paul obsessed fans are using the internet to create a false sense of support for his candidacy. They have been found rigging online polls and spamming discussion forums. Bloggers who have run polls have found that multiple Ron Paul votes were coming from the same IP address. The forum spamming is being done to increase the amount of ‘Ron Paul’ articles that are tracked by places like Technorati to give a false sense of his popularity. Meanwhile, multiple newspaper polls have his support at no more than 3%. His supporters of course claim that this is only because the newspapers are not including him in the polls, which makes no sense because if he were not included, the percentage would be a big fat zero.
While they are creating this myth of popularity, they are also ensuring us that Ron Paul will be the next President of the United States. This of course isn’t true. But they continue to claim that he is popular, that he will win, and that those who don’t believe are nothing more than shills for the Bush run dictatorship.
This forces us to ask why. Why are they creating something they know isn’t real? What’s the point? Which leads us to tonight’s word. (I’m guessing Stephen Colbert has a copyright on that phrase — used without permission) “Conspiracy Nuts.”
The people who are running this are the same people who claim to be 9-11 Truthers. They run those slap-physics-in-the-face websites that claim George Bush somehow managed to sneak tons of explosives into 3 separate WTC buildings without anyone ever finding out. I have personally engaged many of them in arguments regarding the junk science they use. A friend of mine started spouting off about this until I directed his attention to the Popular Mechanics article that debunked their myth. After looking at it, he realized that the conspiracy was full of holes. While my friend was able to see this, Truthers pay no attention. The biggest enemy of the 9-11 conspiracy is simple science. This is why they jump back and forth from one issue to the next if you take a moment to explain away their theories.
The Ron Paul issue is now showing the true face of this Truther movement. They don’t realize it yet, and they of course will never admit to it, but they have proven beyond doubt that they don’t believe the conspiracies that they promote. Confused yet?
To understand this, one has to look at exactly what they are doing. Why are they claiming that Ron Paul has this support, when they know that they are creating the myth? Let’s put this into perspective.
A small group is using the internet to create a false sense of popularity for a candidate. This group consists of people who believe that the US government perpetrated 9-11. They believe that all elections are rigged and even claim that John Kerry knew he would not be elected because it was pre-ordained and he is part of the conspiracy. They believe that everything the government does is in an effort to create a police state, and are claiming that this will happen as early as next year. All media is run by the government. Each and every story you see on Fox News and CNN is created by the government. According to this group, the majority of all Americans will in fact vote for Ron Paul to become the next President of the United States. When the votes are counted, our government will fraudulently award the presidency to someone other than Ron Paul, whomever they have decided is supposed to be next according to whatever plan the government has for us. Ron Paul won’t be the President because of the big conspiracy.
See how simple it is? When Ron Paul doesn’t win, the Truthers will claim that he received the votes, but that the police-state government rigged the election. They will claim that he won all of the online polls, proving that he is the most popular candidate. They will claim this while denying the fact that they are rigging the online voting and rigging his online popularity. They are in fact perpetrating the conspiracy. They use junk science to push the 9-11 conspiracy. They create fake news stories about the military and CIA. And now they are using Ron Paul to create their next conspiracy.
If you don’t believe me, just wait. As soon as Ron Paul loses the Republican primaries, they will be out in force claiming that it was all rigged. They have shown their true colors, they have shown that they don’t believe their own words. Now they have been called on it. I can’t wait to see the comments.
- July 23rd

Which website(s) were rigged and please give us a link to the owners of the website(s) stating that they are being inundated with rigged polling.
Which IP address was the cause of the rigged polls?
http://www.usaelectionpolls.com has already written an article concerning this issue and can find no evidence that their website is being hit with fictitious or rigged polling.
As to spammed discussion I guess the same thing holds true, if Giuliani, Romney, can’t get enough people to talk about their candidacy that’s their fault, not the Ron Paul supporters.
You also seem to have a lock on the facts that its the ‘Truthers’ that are doing all of this. For one, I am not part of the “911 Truth Movement.
Where did this information come from? Another blog site stating the same thing or have you put some investigative skills into this that we don’t know about?
If you have a lock on the truth of this information give us, the Ron Paul supporters, the true skinny not just accusations.
I am a member of the Ron Paul Austin Meetup group that numbers 563. Our new office held the Meetup group on July 20th, and 70 people showed up.
You can read online the number of people that came to the Spartanburg and Greenville Rally’s in South Carolina. I guess for a few 911 truthers we have a ton of money and plenty of time on our hands to drive all over the US to be at those events.
And for so few people, we sure were able to put $2.4 Million into Rep. Paul’s coffers. I guess were spamming that too?
When you give your blog readers the full details not just accusations, I am sure they will believe such a far fetched story. Until then it’s just fiction not fact.
So who are all those people at the various rallies? (held on opposite sides of the country within days of each other)
And who made all those donations that have put Dr. Ron Paul over McCain and Romney (once you subtract out debt, which is one of the things that this whole election is about – the national debt.)
You can call us misguided, but you can’t call us non-existent.
Anyway, try to keep up with the times won’t you? Everyone is past the “ignore him” stage, and even past “ridicule him” stage. Most bloggers are well into attack mode by now.
Later
Where is this proof? I have yet to see any. I have however seen many other indicators that show much more support than 1-3%.
I was a libertarian in 2004. I KNOW what 1-3% support is like, and I was often the LONE voice in my communities. Now, I see large amounts of those same people now agreeing with me and supporting Ron Paul.
At this point, it’s pretty much the GOP vs Ron Paul. I never see people put up a candidate vs Ron Paul, it’s always people for Ron Paul, or someone saying he isn’t going to win, while citing a poll of less than 500 people, as having more meaning than polls where thousands of people are polled. Not to mention the bias they clearly mention in the poll of “voters who lean republican”, and not the American public.
So tell me, which candidate is better on the issues? Go ahead and put one out there and try to stack them up against Ron Paul. Of course, the only reason anyone can really give for why he isn’t going to win is just that he isn’t going to win. And you wonder why people think you are full of it?
My guess is this guy is just trawling for audience , if you right something about Ron Paul it creates traffic to your site because the folks who google search him are snet here. Trouble is this guys to dumb to hold an audience so its a waste of time.
For the record America is in deep deep trouble the real nuts are the folks who want to keep everything the same , the reality of the circumstances have not sunk in for most folk so it will take a while for so called pundits like this to catch up, the problem is everyone wants to hide under their bed no one wants to face the problems we have everyone wants to live off their children.
If you are keeping score, so far there are 4 comments attempting to insult me, none of which offers a retort.
Hilarious. Dear Anonymous – if the Truthers are so nutty, who gives a flying fuck what they say if/when Ron Paul is elected president? Or what they don’t say, etc etc.
I think the previous commenters all addressed what a retard you are – quite clearly in fact. You are obviously a shill for the war party. Quick question for you – are YOU out there on the front lines spilling your blood in the sand for your glorious cause? I think not.
Bret. I served 5 years in the Marine Corps. Per the SOP of the anti-war crowd, you leap before you look.
5 comments of insults, no retort.
Interesting, I give a cogent argument and a Marine thinks its an insult. They are growing pretty thin skinned Marines now a days.
As you will notice, he didn’t answer my questions so the best I can figure, Craig probably has hit it right on the head. Our author is at best a troll, most likely not a Marine and simply a 15 year old with a new computer.
If you were a Marine, what did you score on your ASVAB and AFQT? What was your MOS
I was in the Air Force for six years and knew many Marines while stationed in Korea. 99% are very respectful to people and woulnd’t dare call someone a C&nT like pundit did in his article about Cindy Sheehan, even if she did deserve it.
I guess anyone with a computer can pretend to be whatever they want. Nice try though pundit
That only
2822. Central Switch Technician. Any more stupid questions Texas?
You don’t know Marines very well do you? We aren’t very respectful to those who are not respectful to us.
ASVAB, AFQT? Source of your information.
Websites that were spammed.
Names of the polls and owners of the polls that were spammed?
Or can you only answer one question at a time?
This is mostly a piece that is trying to convince anyyone who reads it that support for Ron Paul isn’t real – so that helps keep potential voters from investigating him. It has been shown that most of the support seen on the internet is not spam (and neither were the phone polls on Fox, etc.). The biggest tip-off that this is prop is the title – a classic trick of trying to meld two things together that weren’t together before. What are “Ron Paul Truthers?” If a candidate acutlly represents a right to individual liberty, he’s going to garner support from all sorts of people that have heretofore been disaffected. Just b/c they support this candidate doesn’t mean he agrees with them in their conclusions, nor turn the country upside down to address their concerns. He will honor his oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America – he has already proven it.
It falls into the same category that Ron Paul wants to get rid of welfare, medicaid and medicare leaving poor people out in the cold.
Again, if they actually read his positions pieces they would know that’s not true. If the states want to take on those roles, that’s fine.
But the Federal Government is so inefficient that it wastes money in area’s it shouldn’t touch.
But many readers have the attention span of a gnat, making conclusions solely based on the headlines, and not in the substance of the story.
Public education hard at work.
Took the ASVAB 14 years ago. You will forgive me for not remembering. Interesting that you ask for both numbers as though they are different tests.
As a Ron Paul fanatic, you yourself have been involved in the spamming of multiple boards, by spamming I also include making a bunch of stupid posts in any Ron Paul thread. Therefore I don’t need to tell you the names of any of sites that you and yours have spammed. (LGF, rightwingnews, hannity forums) You will note that I have quickly received more posts in this thread than any other thread on this blog.
I would like to thank all of you for proving my point for me.
This is the part where you deny proving that everything I said in my post was right.
Took the ASVAB 27 years ago and can still remember the numbers. 95 65 95 95 65 being my admin score which I intentionall blew since I didn’t want to be a Radio guy or interpreter which is what they would shuffle you into if all your scores were above 92 at that time.
Since AFQT was a compliation of all the scores and the ASVAB, in this case for the Air Force measured General, Administrative, Electrical and Mechanical.
Of course you still haven’t answered my first question which was your source for which polls were spammed, which proved both Craig’s and my point that you don’t actually have that information. You are just parroting what you heard from other sources.
Typical flamer that doesn’t want to be bothered with the facts.
Polly wanna cracker?
So you missed half of what I said. Good job fly boy.
pssst. LGF and Rightwing News are both run by John Hawkins.
He was fired from TVC media for just this type of crap.
Nathan Tabor, used to be John’s boss at TVC Media. I have 5 emails from him confirming that Mr. Hawkins has no integrity, and take nothing he says at face value.
You might want to talk to Mr. Hawkins and find this out yourself.
See, I at least do my homework, so should you.
oops…. that’s TCV Media, not TVC
I was at a Ron Paul meetup group last night in Toledo, and everyone there appeared to be real. There was one guy who might have been a cardboard cutout tacked to a chair, but I think he was just tired.
Of course, then again, the “Ron Paul Conspiracy” might have hired actors to show up and appear to be supporters. I can see it now: Ron Paul wins, and the nimrod who wrote this trash says “oh, they just spammed the polling places with votes!”.
Anyway, I have to agree with the earlier poster. From Gandi:
1) First they ignore you
2) Then they laugh at you.
3) Then they fight you
4) Then you win.
I believe that we can all agree that we have reached step 3, and should proceed as scheduled. Please get with the program.
hm. here we have this convoluted explanation for why his apparent popularity is a conspiracy. ok.
maybe the explanation for his popularity is simply that he is popular.
I guess liberty is popular.
14% of the total people who donated money to Republican candidates donated to Ron Paul. I guess he’s getting spammed with money too.
What really strikes me is:
What does it matter how popular a candidate is?
Why does it matter what percentage of a poll a particular candidate has?
Why dont you grow a spine and simply vote for the candidate who shares your ideals? I didnt see you list one single position that Ron Paul has taken that you can complaint with. You seem to only be annoyed by enthusiastic Ron Paul supporters. How shallow you seem.
So my question to you is:
Who do you plan to vote for? What positions does your candidate have, that make them more qualified for the job?
Simply ‘not’ voting for Ron Paul isnt going to get the job done.. Or is it that you dont even vote at all?
Yes indeed. If you are to make the accusation of “spamming.” Then I would like to see you cite the source of this alleged action by the Ron Paul supporters. Personally I think the author is a LIAR. And certainly a coward. An anonymous political shill that spews dishonest rhetoric for the sake of their political agenda. You sit there and make accusations with out any facts to support your claims. Your a MENTAL MIDGET. And we’re not afraid of you. We are not afraid of anyone. This is the home of the Brave and the Land of the Free. And we’re are those Americans that stand behind that idea of America. Get in our way and will run you over or recruit you. The choice is yours. Choose wisely.
Well said Rubin, if you think you scare us with you trash talk you got another thing coming. Bush and your kind are nothing less than traitors to the American way of life. The fight for our country is at home and thewre are allot of us ready to take up that fight. If you want to believe for now that we dont exist it doesnt really matter cause we do and the reality of that will emerge as the year plays out.
I find it rather ironic that you’ve turned Paul’s Campaign into one of those conspiracy theories which you seem to hate so much.
Oh, and you’re just an idiot in general.
(Everyone seems to agree with me too….)
Have a nice day
My Thanks to everyone for helping to prove my point. By the way, John Hawkins doesn’t own LGF.
Over 20 comments here and 61 at some place called libertypost.org
Nope, you guys don’t spam.
I support Ron Paul for President in 2008.
I agree with Rich Paul on the Gandhi quote.
I am real. I am NOT a truther. AFAIK Bin Ladin ordered his henchmen to fly planes into buildings. I have not seen any proof that anyone other than the terrorists knew ahead of time exactly what was about to happen.
I was a libertarian-leaning Republican before I was aware of Ron Paul and support him because his positions are closer to mine on many issues. I do vote in online polls on behalf of Ron Paul. Why not? That’s why these polls exist. Self-selected polls are just a way to show support. Anyone with a freshman stats course on their college transcript knows that. There is nothing wrong with supporters for any candidate coming together to show support for their candidate to bring attention to his/her cause.
[...] information. In case you are wondering, I received a good amount of attention in response to an article I wrote the other day about the conspiracy nuts who support Ron Paul and how they try to make it appear [...]
“My guess is this guy is just trawling for audience , if you write something about Ron Paul it creates traffic to your site because the folks who google search him are snet here. Trouble is this guys to dumb to hold an audience so its a waste of time.”
Concur.
Dumb Doug, for the record:
You have NEVER been to CENTCOM?
Great argument “A”
I am called a spammer by the spamming kings of the universe.
And of course, if I have never been to CENTCOM, that must mean I have no credibility at all. This is according to a group of people who have never been to CENTCOM.
You have no credibility, because you are a dumb and not even smart enough to know not to talk about subjects you do not know or understand.
We know that you have never been to CENTCOM, because of the stupidity of your statements.
FYI – 2 two CENTCOM (13 Months) deployments, 1 PACOM (7 Months) deployment, 3 years in EUCOM, 11 Months in Africa.
9 years active duty.
I have all the credibility in the world because I’m smarter than your entire family. My experience with CENTCOM has nothing to do with anything I have ever said. Neither does your proclaimed experience. Like all Ron Paul jackoffs, you are a liar.
Thank you!!!!
I’ve had some contact with these “nuts” and I can tell you it ain’t a pleasant experience.
It’s a cult and they need to just STFU.
LOL!!
Thanks for the article and I must say it was prophetic!
You write a piece about the Paulites being obsessed spammers who are infused with conspiracy theories and- right on cue-…they show up in droves spamming your comments section, calling you a shill for the republican establishment and crying about a ‘conspiracy’ to drown out Paul’s message! I don’t care who you are..that’s funny there!
Good read!
“When Ron Paul doesn’t win, the Truthers will claim that he received the votes, but that the police-state government rigged the election.”
Yup! You can bank on it.
Ron Paul is an anagram for Pornulo. Which makes more sense than he does, most of the time.
Paulettes, truthers, global warming devotees, they’re all the same. Nut balls. They spam this thread about not spamming, brilliant. Maybe those secret internmant camps can be used for smoething after all?
Ron Paul is a non-entity as far as the election goes. The hard fact is that his “troother” supporters will, in the long run, hurt him a lot more than they will help him. If, God forbid, he got the nomination, the libtards would have a field day with the 911 conspirists, alien abductees and other tin foil hatters.
I’m STILL waiting for a worthy refutation of your article. Bets are on that it won’t come.
What a useless reincarnation of all the other neoconservative bullshit allegation articles. Jesus, at least TRY to be unique. I’ve read this same article 20 times at 20 different sites and it doesn’t make any more sense this time than it did the first time.
I dunno, Sam, the column made sense to me. Paul’s fanatics spam every damn thing he participates in, and before it’s over. If it were announced that he was going to be in a debate, but then didn’t show up at the last minute, guess what? BINGO! He’d win by 45%!
Why is it that people think that spamming polls means the guy has a snowball’s chance in hell of winning a primary, let alone the whole thing? Plus — he’s goony! He reminds me of Uncle Fester or something, lol.
One more thing: define “neoconservative” for us. No two people have the same definition for a meaningless term, formerly used by liberals as a way to take potshots at conservatives, but now used by everyone to take potshots at everyone else.
Paul ain’t gonna win. The fact that I even have to SAY that is annoying and time-consuming.
Seems the spammers have gotten quiet since we started calling them on it. What a bunch of Neoloon losers. lol
Apparently they got all the name calling out of their system, 5 year olds are like that too.
Capt,
Well, that certainly is a convincing argument. “Goony, Uncle Fester, can I ask, how old are you?
You want me to define neoconservative for you? Sure, a neoconservative holds the traditional left views of pre-emptive war, nation building, and favors unconstitutional legislation that stomps on the Constitutional rights of Americans…in a nutshell.
Are you really convinced that Dr. Paul’s support is spam? Really?
Hey Sam,
What’s more threatening to you, Islamonazi’s (the throat cutters) or the Bush administration?
Well bh, to be honest, I’m an armed American. No one is going to cut my throat. However, being an armed American hasn’t seemed to stop my own government from relieving me of my constitutionally guaranteed rights.
Now, let me ask you some questions…what was the defining moment in your life that made you decide that it was OK for some guy from Texas to take away your constitutionally guaranteed rights? Was it when those terrorists flew a plane into the US Constitution?
Did that make you so afraid for your life that you willingly went along with the politicians who wanted to take away the very things that separate Americans from the rest of the world?
bh, terrorists can’t do nearly the harm that our own elected servants can do. Terrorists can kill people, but they can’t destory our freedom or our Constitution. Only we can do that.
Armies of terrorists all across this country could do a lot of harm, maybe destroy some cities, but they could never destroy the Constitution or the very founding ideals of this country. Only we can do that.
Have our wars in Afghanistan and Iraq destroyed terrorism or al Qaeda? No, al Qaeda is as strong or stronger now than they were on Sept.10th, 2001. So exactly what have we done? We’ve taken away Constitutionally guaranteed rights of American citizens. That’s all we’ve accomplished.
Are you proud of that?
You all complain about supporters of Ron Paul and their arguments but look at the comments from Ron Paul’s detractors above:
The Author: Like all Ron Paul jackoffs, you are a liar.
OldGuy: ‘nuts, cult and the need to STFU’
AZTeacher: ‘troothers, 911 conspirists, alien abductees and other tin foil hatters.’
Capt. Herp: ‘goony, Uncle Fester’
bh: ‘Ron Paul is an anagram for Pornulo? Whatever that means. Neoloon losers. Paulettes, truthers, global warming devotees, they’re all the same. Nut balls.’
And then OldGuy says that maybe Ron Pauls supporters finally got all the name calling out of their systems. LOL That is really funny.
I’m guessing you all maybe go to the same junior high? You claim that Paul supporters are loony and spam all articles concerning him, yet that is exactly what you all are doing. I assume from the way you all came in at once and talk to each other that you know one another?
Read the article again and show me the facts. Where are the facts? All I see is one man’s opinion, and a very uneducated opinion at that. This is simply a redux of 100 other slam articles and none of them contain those little things we like to call facts.
Like the fact that Ron Paul got more in donations from members of the military than any other candidate. See, now THAT is a fact. That is what proves points in adult debates. Name calling and telling people to (LOL) STFU is not debate and is definitely not adult and only proves your own lack of knowledge and character.
Apparently sam is one of those looney toons who thinks as long as his “constitutional rights” are “protected” it’s alright if he’s dead.
I’m a veteran sammy boy, a real one, and no soldier wants to “die for ideals” he wants the others guys to.
But hey, if your willing to die for your “rights” go right ahead, sane people try to insure it’s not necessary.
(what a loon)
Ahh, I see your infinite wisdom now my friend. I SHOULD be more worried about my own life than that of my country. It must be a terrible thing to live in so much fear.
Well, I have to tell you OldGuy, I’m very happy that our founders didn’t believe that, and neither do I, or we’d all have a Queen right now.
I am a veteran as well my new friend. A ‘real one’ also, and I hope you have noticed, that in all of my posts I have refrained from calling you or anyone else names.
I see that you also choose to not address the facts or statements made above, but instead choose to simply attack me. How novel. See, that’s called misdirection or obfuscation.
If you’d like to have a real discussion of the facts, I’d be more than willing to do so. But if you simply wish to misdirect the conversation and reduce it to childish insults and name calling, I’d rather not. If that is what I wanted, I’d visit a playground, instead of surfing here where supposed adults usually have debate or discussion.
You know what sammy, I don’t engage in serious debate with RuPaul supporters anymore because:
a)Ron Paul is not a serious contender for the white house.
b)People who are gay for RP refuse to face the reality of it.
c)I’ve had enough of arguing circles with rontards.
Continue to spam though, I know how important it is for “youse guys” to have the last word.
And yet again you ignore the statements and facts and misdirect the discussion, attacking me personally with your meaningless hyperbole.
FYI, I take that as a compliment.
Have a nice day!
You know just once I’d like for one rontard to explain, specifically, the rights that they personally had that have been taken away.
I don’t mean the little list you all get from your rontard forums or the ones you make up in your mommies basements during your “meetups”.
I mean the ones that you personnally have had tromped on and denied.
Sam,
I see that you also choose to not address the facts or statements made above, but instead choose to simply attack me. How novel. See, that’s called misdirection or obfuscation.
bh, I’ll be with you in a moment, ok?
OldGuy stated:
“You know just once I’d like for one rontard to explain, specifically, the rights that they personally had that have been taken away.
I don’t mean the little list you all get from your rontard forums or the ones you make up in your mommies basements during your “meetups”.
I mean the ones that you personnally have had tromped on and denied.”
Though I think my IQ might disqualify me as a ‘rontard’ as you so eloquently put it, I’d be happy to discuss those rights that I personally have lost. In fact, I thought you’d never ask.
For one, the 4th Amendment to the Constitution states that I hae the right to be secure in my person, home, papers and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures.
Now, with the Patriot Act, I no longer have that right. Not only can the government come into my home without a warrant, they can do so without my knowledge.
Now…say I AM home, they can knock down my door without even knocking, according to those pesky ‘no knock’ laws. So I am no longer secure in my home.
They can listen in on my phone calls, read my emails, monitor my internet usage, peruse all my legal documants with my attorney present, with or without my knowledge, all without a warrant and without my knowledge. So I am no longer secure in my effects.
IF the government decided they wanted to do any or all of the above, and I did have knowledge of it, I could not speak about it to anyone, or I would be committing a felony. So there goes one of my 1st Amendment rights as well.
Shall I go into our 5th Amendment rights and how I can now be held indefinitely WITHOUT a ‘presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury’?
Or perhaps you’d rather discuss our 6th Amendment rights to a ‘speedy and public trial’ and how that no longer applies?
Or any of the many others. Just let me know.
See sammy, your still using the rontard talking points.
I said to tell me what denial of rights, specifically, that you personally have suffered.
Not broad talking points that have been fed to you.
When did the government come into your home, listen to your phone calls and read your mail?
Tell me the personal experiences that you’ve had with the government violating your rights that make you so sure that all these things happen to people right now.
In other words don’t tell me what you think all these things mean, give me specific examples of the government trampling all over your rights.
bh stated:
“Sam,
I see that you also choose to not address the facts or statements made above, but instead choose to simply attack me. How novel. See, that’s called misdirection or obfuscation.”
Very clever! But…you fail to see that I did answer your question, though I had to reframe it a bit, because I’m not just threatened by ‘the Bush Administration’, but by all 3 branches of our government. George W. Bush and this administration is but a small, though reletively potent, piece of the history that I referred to in my answer to you.
Now, will you choose to answer my questions?
OldGuy,
The Constitutional abuses I laid out are fact. Again, you are attempting to misdirect. I’ll state again, the loss of the rights as I laid out above are fact. I’ve not had anyone storm my home or had anything searched. But the FACT that I, and you as well, have lost those Constitutionally guaranteed rights, is a FACT.
I’ll wait patiently for your next attempt at misdirection.
So in other words you haven’t personally had any rights trampled on at all?
Nor do you know anybody who has do you?
Just regurgitation of rontrard talking points and the use of one of your favorite big words “misdirection”.
I’m a little disappointed that you didn’t work in “obfuscation” for me.
I’ll bet you think GWB is going to declare Marshall law and suspend elections too don’t you?
Tell me sammy, how big is the globalist conspiracy?
Is it the Bildenbergers or the Illuminati directing things behind the scenes?
And what did they do with the passengers on the jets after 911?
This is pointless, I’ve always wondered what the children of all the mental patients released in the 70′s would be like……now we know.
I guess the fact that no one has kicked my door in means that I have not lost those rights…right? Because no one has held me at gunpoint while they rifle through my posessions, means that those laws weren’t passed by Congress and signed by the President. Great logic! I wish someone had explained that to me before.
I’ll not address the rest of that absurdity. It doesn’t warrant a response.
See, you don’t want to discuss the facts, because you can’t refute them, so you keep resorting to meaningless hyperbole and distortions.
sammy
Yours and the rest of the rontards are a refutation of fact.
Look after RuPaul tanks tomorrow in Iowa there will be cries of conspiracy aplenty, you carry on with your little fantasies about the police state and how your affected by ….really nothing….and the rest of us will pick a president.
Rontards can do what they always do, pick their noses.
OK, thank you for allowing me to carry on with my fantasies that are in the Congressional Record as being passed by Congress and signed into law by the President and that contradict the US Constitution. I appreciate that.
But…no matter how Ron Paul does tomorrow, that still doesn’t change the facts that you’re unwilling to confront or to talk about, now does it? But, at any rate, you go ahead and pick one of those prepackaged candidates that the media has already selected for you.
And OldGuy, I would hope that you’d consider talking to a professional about your anger and your constant need to lash out at others. It stems from your own insecurities and feelings of inferiority. I’m sure it stems somewhat from your inability to face the truth of your own government too and to see it for what it really is. It makes me wonder if there are maybe other aspects of your life that you’re unwilling to face. Anyway, I wish you well.
Now…bh…would you like to answer those questions, or are we done here?
If someone rifled through all my stuff they wouldn’t find anything illegal. If I was “captured” by mistaken identity it would take very little time to determine I’m just John Q. Citizen. They wouldn’t even have to waterboard me, I’d tell them who I am. Back away from Hollywood and black helicopters, you’ve seen too many Matt Damon movies.
PS. Obfuscation, misdirection, folks like sam view those words as a holier than thou “get out of jail free” card, I find it rather sanctimonious.
I’m too lazy to look up thread, sam, you are a Truther right?
P.S. Only criminals need fear the Patriot Act.
P.P.S. Raiders will win their division this year.
P.P.S. Raiders will win their division this year.
Now That’s a fantasy!! LOL
Wow sammy I guess you’ve decided to park your paranoid butt in this blog post and defend RuPaul to utter cyber death haven’t ya?
There’s medications out there for this kind of obsession you know.
You need to go away and let the adults talk now, help mommy get the snacks ready for your little “meet up” group.
Oreo’s and lots of Koolaide I’m sure.
And OldGuy, I would hope that you’d consider talking to a professional about your anger and your constant need to lash out at others. It stems from your own insecurities and feelings of inferiority. Btw, I truly hope you didn’t have to pay for the book you got this little bit of “pop” psychology out of.
But then again if your donating to RuPauls campaign your used to wasting money ain’t ya?
bh,
So, if you have nothing to hide, you have no reason to question the governments dismantling of the US Constitution? You cannot possibly believe that can you?
As far as being a ‘truther’, I believe 19 guys hijacked 4 planes and flew them into the world trade center buildings, not into the US Constitution. I’m all for going after terrorists and al qaeda. But I’m definitely not for dismantling my own Constitutional rights in the process and I’m not for declaring war on countries that had nothing to do with 9-11.
OldGuy,
Evidently we’ve BOTH decided to park here.
I’m sorry, I thought you were done.
Give it up, you’ve moved beyond looking silly to bordering on ridiculous. Your insults aren’t bothering me, they’re only hurting you and showing that you have no credible argument.
Correction:
I believe 19 guys hijacked 4 planes and flew 2 of them into the world trade center buildings and one into the pentagon. The other crashed in a field.
Capt,
Well, that certainly is a convincing argument.
Really?
I’m 54, hence my knowing who Uncle Fester is. And I’m sorry, the guy’s spooky-looking. If you don’t think so, your frame of reference is different than the majority of the country’s.
In any case, yes, I think the spammers, for some reason, think that if they overload all the polls it will translate into Paul winning. Hell, everyone else can just go home. I repeat: if he didn’t show up for a debate, they’d STILL say he won.
By the way, Oswald killed JFK. By himself. That oughta get Sam going.
Capt.! Great to have you back!
While you’re certainly entitled to your opinion, I don’t think Ron Paul looks any ‘spookier’ than any other human being. Besides, I think there are far more important criteria involved when picking a President than his looks.
Your JFK remark was designed to ‘get me going’? Well, I’m sorry to disappoint you, but it takes more than words to ‘get me going’.
Why are you all so intent on talking about spammers and whether or not they exist, or insulting me more than you are with actual views and policy stances that really matter?
I’m beginning to wonder if we’ll be able to have a substantive discussion at all. Can we, or am I wasting my time?
Give it up, you’ve moved beyond looking silly to bordering on ridiculous. Your insults aren’t bothering me, they’re only hurting you and showing that you have no credible argument.
See, there you go with that self centered little obsession you got there.
My intent isn’t to argue with you at all, my intent to insult you as much as you and your little minions did to the author of this piece for expressing his opinion.
See to rontards no one else is allowed to have an opinion but themselves.
Your all big on the “constitution” as you see it and puff out your little chests and beat on it screaming about “your” rights and then come in here and denigrate someone else for expressing theirs.
Hell rontards are a bigger threat to freedom than Karl Rove and GWB could ever be.
And guess what, most sane people know that.
At my blog I’ve actually had RP supporters plead with nut jobs like you to please shut up.
But all you obsessive paranoid little freaks just keep on typing, cause you do more damage to RuPaul with your comments than a bloggers post ever could.
OldGuy,
You know, the strangest thing about that entire statement, is that I think you actually believe it. If you’ll note, I have refrained from denigrating anyone and I’ve not called anyone names, though I have to admit, you have definitely stretched the limits of my patience.
But I still won’t stoop to that level.
If you’ll reread this entire post and all the comments, if you can be honest at all, you’ll see that YOU my friend, have been the one doing the denigrating and name calling.
I’ll admit, that I did state that this article is a redux of 100 other articles that made no sense, because it is. But I didn’t denigrate the author, or you, so please act like an adult if you can, and if you can’t, please just go away.
You first sammy, unless this is your blog.
What, did your little meet up group assign this comments section to you so you could protect RuPauls honor?
Personally I couldn’t care less if I’ve “stretched the limits of your patience”, I’ll be sure to be here after tomorrows Iowa Republican straw poll and delight in you trying to spin RuPauls next to zero numbers into some kind of victory for the rontards.
I hope you got the suicide prevention hot line on your speed dial for when he ends up dropping out of the race in the next few months
Well, my friend, I’ve never stated that I expect Ron Paul to do well tomorrow and I don’t know if he will or not. I would hope that he does, but if he doesn’t, that’s OK too, because it doesn’t mean that’s the end. He’ll still continue campaigning and getting the message out about the issues that I agree with him on.
I’m not an extremist like you are so I don’t get worked up about things like you do. I’m sorry to disappoint you about that. I’m sure you would rather I just called you names, like you’ve been doing. Evidently that’s what passes for adult discussion in your circles and what you’re used to.
To be completely honest, I don’t know whether to laugh at you or to feel bad for you. You just can’t have a substantive discussion about the issues because of your absolute hatred for me. And you don’t even know me, it’s all because I agree with Ron Paul on some issues.
(LOL) Do you not see how absolutely and utterly strange and insane that is? Would you be able to see it or understand it, if I hated you for agreeing with some other candidate on some issues? That’s insane! You’re acting like a child, to the point that I’ve now become embarrassed for you.
So my friend, I have neither the inclination, nor the patience to deal with your personality disorders, so I’m going to ignore your posts from here on out. And given your past behavior, I fully expect you to claim some sort of victory because of it. That’s OK, have at it.
I’m going to go watch a movie with my children now, before they have to go to bed.
You gentlemen have a good night.
You know, the strangest thing about that entire statement, is that I think you actually believe it. If you’ll note, I have refrained from denigrating anyone and I’ve not called anyone names, though I have to admit, you have definitely stretched the limits of my patience.
Well, other than ridiculing me for calling the guy goony, which is what he is (would a woman really want a gynecologist who looks like someone’s crazy uncle poking around down there?) I guess you’ve been very polite.
Where’s a sarcasm emoticon when I need one?
Capt,
Are you serious? Can you show me how or where I ridiculed you? I have not ridiculed you at all.
Capt,
Following your logic to its obvious conclusion I would assume that we should all vote for Mitt Romney because he’s the prettiest?
Capt,
Are you serious? Can you show me how or where I ridiculed you? I have not ridiculed you at all.
OK:
Capt,
Well, that certainly is a convincing argument. “Goony, Uncle Fester, can I ask, how old are you?
Capt,
Following your logic to its obvious conclusion I would assume that we should all vote for Mitt Romney because he’s the prettiest?
No, I think we should actually vote for someone who can do the job. How many bills has Paul ever gotten passed? Does the word “zero” ring a bell (please correct me if I’m wrong)? You think this statistic will improve if he were president?
The only reason this guy is a Republican is because Libertarians have NO chance of ever getting someone into office, and if they did, who would support them, since the entire Congress is one of two parties, neither of which is Libertarian?
I am sorry, but I think the “conspiracy behind every tree” people need to get a life. For many of them, Paul seems to be a substitute for their lives. I agree with OldGuy on this: every one of you talks about what could happen because of the fascist laws passed by The Government, and yet none of you can tell us about a specific example of what happened to you as a result. You can call this misdirection — I call it cutting to the chase.
Capt,
I meant no insult by asking your age. I was simply asking your age. Now compare that to how you speak about Ron Paul. That is ridicule. What I did was to ask your age and from your remarks like goony, loony or whatever they were, I thought you to be much younger. That was not an insult, that was just my natural reaction to your remarks and your argument against a US Congressman.
The reason Paul can’t get any legislation passed is because of his strictly constitutional stance and his view that government should be what the founders envisioned, not the bloated behemoth it currently is.
What does that tell you about our government and the politicians who are not as dedicated to YOUR country’s Constitution? They have strayed vastly, I personally would even say criminally, away from our Constitutional law.
Surely you can’t have a problem with a man who wants to follow the Constitution for that wish can you? I think it’s a message that people need to hear and I also would wish all of our other politicians would heed that message.
This country needs a return to the rule of law and the Constitution is the supreme law of the land.
Our government didn’t give us our Constitutional rights, we have them automatically, by default, and the Constitution merely affirms those rights. They are not bestowed by the government and the government has no right to usurp them.
I have to go to a birthday party but will return this evening to discuss the straw poll and how it went, if anyone is interested.
And, who are these “conspiracy behind every tree” people that you all speak of? You all seem to hate these people with a vengence whoever they are.
Sorry I can’t wait for your answer, I have to go.
Sam, What allowed the 19 terrorists to pull off 9/11? How is it that they were able to enter and stay in America illegally, AND communicate unfettered with handlers overseas. How was it that international jihadi transfered funds into the U.S. to support Mohammad Jihadi? How is it that “Muslim charities” are able to send money to international jahadis? We are in a multi-generational fight with an ideology that is still being taught, even by our so called allies like Saudi Arabia. Our very freedom is at risk in the long run if we can’t handle some constraints in the short term. Witness the uprising against the Amnesty bill. I have faith the silent majority is alive and well.
PS. Can we start building nuclear power plants, domestic drilling and get at all that shale oil in Utah, Wyoming, Colorado and Idaho?

And, who are these “conspiracy behind every tree” people that you all speak of? You all seem to hate these people with a vengence whoever they are.
Sorry I can’t wait for your answer, I have to go.
OK, now it’s my turn: where did I say I “hated” anyone?
You want a list? These people are why so many people believe that (cue scary music) The Government orchestrated the 9/11/2001 attacks (check the Rasmussen polls). Why they (the majority of Americans, as a result of a cottage industry in JFK assassination theory books that dwarfs the number of books ever written about Abraham Lincoln) believe that “the CIA,” or “the FBI” or whoever it happens to be in the latest book, killed JFK. Why some believe that “The Government” is behind the “killing off” of the world’s honeybees as a way to control the world’s food supply. Why a current theory is that people like Ronald Reagan belonged to some depraved sex organization.
I didn’t say I “hated” these people “with a vengeance.” I will say, here and now, that they are loons. I also believe in the US Constitution, which is why I don’t tell you that you shouldn’t speak. Unfortunately, if you disagree with the Paul junkies, they suddenly believe you’ve abrogated your 1st Amendment rights.
And, yes, whether you want to backtrack or not, saying something like “Well, that certainly is a convincing argument.”, is intended to belittle and ridicule. That I have to point that out highlights your dishonesty, as in catching your kid with his hand in the cookie jar, upon which he indignantly says, “What cookie jar?”

There you go, there’s always that “it’s somebody else’s fault” excuse as to why RuPaul is a weak and ineffectual congressman.
Funny that he don’t have a problem voting for pork for his district through.
Texas Congressman Ron Paul — libertarian gadfly and current Republican Presidential hopeful — has made a name for himself as a critic of overspending. But it seems even he can’t resist the political allure of earmarks.
So he’s effective at getting pork through but not real legislation.
Where in the constitution is it that earmarks are guaranteed?
OK, the kids are at the party and I have a little time. I see you ‘spammers’ have been busy.
I’m just kidding, so don’t get mad.
bh,
“Sam, What allowed the 19 terrorists to pull off 9/11? How is it that they were able to enter and stay in America illegally, AND communicate unfettered with handlers overseas. How was it that international jihadi transfered funds into the U.S. to support Mohammad Jihadi? How is it that “Muslim charities” are able to send money to international jahadis?”
I believe it was our wide open borders and our LACK of immigration enforcement, including at the state and local level and a lack of foreign intelligence. It also was the incredibly stupid belief spanning the last 3 or 4 administrations (including GWB) that we could allow anyone, from any part of the world to come into this country, legally or illegally, and be free to do whatever they choose. I have no problem with our government tracking and even spying on these people. In fact, I’m for it. But American citizens have constitutional rights that simply CANNOT be usurped. For ANY reason. That’s what the Constitution says.
Saudi Arabia is not our ally.
You state “our very freedom is at risk” and I agree with that. Only I don’t just think it’s at risk, I KNOW that it’s being attacked and destroyed. I’ve seen the proof of that and that is fact. The difference seems to be who each one of us thinks has the power to destroy that freedom. You believe that somehow Islamic extremists have that power, and I think that notion is ridiculous. Not you…that notion. Terrorists DO NOT HAVE THAT POWER. NO ONE HAS THAT POWER, except US and the only way we do it is by allowing our own politicians to take those freedoms away from us. Those freedoms are every bit as important to me as my own life. Maybe even more so. Remember the words “Give me liberty or give me death”? “Live free or die”? I believe that philosophy 100%. I am an American and I have constitutional rights and NO ONE is going to take them away from me, not even my own government, not for ANY reason. They don’t have the power to do that. They DO have the power to enforce our laws and to closely monitor foreigners, but they won’t, because they don’t WANT to because they hold the predominant leftist view of open borders and the ridiculous notion that we shouldn’t ‘racially profile’ anyone.
“PS. Can we start building nuclear power plants, domestic drilling and get at all that shale oil in Utah, Wyoming, Colorado and Idaho?”
Not yes, but HELL YES! Let’s do it! But we need a real conservative in office that will help to get that done. GWB or any of the other neoconservatives running for President WILL NOT work to make that happen. GWB is a lefty in righty clothing and as far as I can ascertain, so are many of the candidates running for the R nomination.
And bh, thank you for helping to turn this into an adult conversation where we actually discuss views and things that matter, without insults.
Capt.
You didn’t say you hated anyone, but your feelings come through in your words. You all seem to hate me and I think that’s absolutely insane. You don’t even know me, and it’s entirely possible that we agree on more positions than we disagree.
Now…if you have contempt for me because I might agree with some of Ron Paul’s stances and views, I think that goes beyond ridiculous. The same if you simply have contempt for Ron Paul for the same reasons. I have not touted ANY of those beliefs you list, but you, just because I agree with Ron Paul on some issues, automatically assume I’m some nutball who believes reptile aliens run our government and because of that you treat me with contempt. I hope I’m allowing you to realize that not all who agree with Ron Paul are drooling idiots.
If I offended you when I made light of your remarks, as I’ve stated before, I didn’t intend to. I simply was trying to shift to a more mature conversation, maybe I went too far. I’ll concede that could be possible. But you have to admit those kinds of comments are more than a bit immature when grown people are supposedly discussing a Presidential candidate. I don’t learn anything by someone calling Ron Paul names and it surely doesn’t get any point across except maybe about he/she who makes those comments.
I came here to make a remark about an article and then hopefully discuss Presidential candidate’s views. Yet here we are, going on the second day and now I’m being called dishonest, among other names and it’s getting more than a bit tiresome. bh seems to want to discuss actual events or views and I’m more than willing to do that, but I’m not going to engage in some childish back and forth with you or OldGuy.
You came in here with some preconceived notions and a lot of anger and I don’t want anything to do with that. If you want to discuss the candidates, their views or the issues, I am absolutely willing, but if you simply want to insult me or to argue you’re wasting your breath and my time.

Actually, I thought you came here to insult the author of this very truthful article by saying this:
What a useless reincarnation of all the other neoconservative bullshit allegation articles. Jesus, at least TRY to be unique. I’ve read this same article 20 times at 20 different sites and it doesn’t make any more sense this time than it did the first time.
You think I came in with a lot of anger? Pot, meet kettle!
LOL!
I’m not going to engage in your childish back and forth Capt. By the way, do you have a name? I feel a little silly calling you captain.
“Give me liberty or give me death”? “Live free or die”? I believe that philosophy 100%. I am an American and I have constitutional rights and NO ONE is going to take them away from me, not even my own government, not for ANY reason.
Wow, what an insincere, jingoistic paranoid view.
Gee I wonder if that was what was going through peoples minds when they were on top of the world trade center making the decision to either burn to death or jump from the fires?
By your own admission you haven’t had one single “right” trampled on by the government nor can you give one example of it happening to an American citizen and yet your willing to protect the right of terrorists to maim and murder other Americans so you can protect rights that you haven’t lost.
And you got the nerve to call us “childish”?
Wrap yourself in the flag all you want sammy boy and pretend what a “patriot” you think you are.
Cause the truth is there ain’t no “liberty” or “freedom” for those people.
And who are you supporting for President? Or have you made that decision yet?
OldGuy,
yawn
And who are you supporting for President? Or have you made that decision yet?
What’s it to you?
Last I heard we got a constitionally protected right to a confidential vote.
Or did you miss that part?
Well, it’s apparent that there can be no discussion here, not any meaningful discussion.
OldGuy, do you have any idea how stupid you look trying to be a tough guy on the internet? It’s very easy to denigrate someone when you’re safe behind your monitor, but you would never say those things if we were face to face.
Only a coward would taunt someone like you do, safely in your own home with no chance of reprisal. If you were to say things like that to me personally, I promise you, you would lose some teeth.
Why haven’t you tried to change my mind about the issues I believe in? Why can you only attack people like some spoiled and spanked child? Because that is all the intellect you have friend. It’s so incredibly unintelligent and juvenile, but I doubt you’ll ever realize that.
Anyway…gentlemen, it’s been fun.
“I’m not going to engage in your childish back and forth Capt.”
Got caught, and it’s a “childish back and forth”?
but you would never say those things if we were face to face.
If you were to say things like that to me personally, I promise you, you would lose some teeth.
I can flat out guarantee I would say it to your face.
And if you intend to knock out some of my teeth you better bring your lunch.
As an aside I’m glad to see you drop to the lowest common denominator, see I’m not surprised that when you didn’t get your way you’d resort to violent rhetoric.
You guys basically spammed this blog and attempted to intimidate the author thinking you’d get away with it like you always do when RuPauls name is mentioned on the net.
Well you didn’t.
Well, your last remark settled a question for me. That was whether to laugh or to feel bad for you. I have a 6 year old daughter that is more mature than you. Sorry, but I can’t help but laugh at your posts.
There is no ‘you guys’ except maybe in your mind. I’m not in cahoots with anyone here. This is no organized movement. This is a spontaneous response to a bunch of fabrications and I didn’t see anyone trying to intimidate anyone, until you chimed in.
So we were ‘trying to get away’ with something and you came in and saved the day and we didn’t get away with it?
I’m sorry, but that is the funniest thing I’ve seen all day!
Damn that RuPaul!
[...] I said in a previous article, Ron Paul dorks are crying conspiracy. I said they would do this. They spammed the hell out of my [...]
Why would Ron Paul supporters set up a phony Fred Thompson site?
http://fredthompsonforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=9
They all have provocative names and do nothing but try and make Fred look evil and pump up Ron Paul? What’s up with these people? This does not help Ron Paul in any way, why can’t these idiots see that?
Why do I keep getting banned from Paul supporter sites like Patriotscorner and Ron Paul’s official Discussion forum, when I question other members support for the 1st Amendment? Pretty intolerant for these supposed constitutionalists wouldn’t you say? Not agreeing that The Pornulo is the second coming will get you banned.
Maybe not all Paul supporters are whack jobs, but it sure seems like 99% of them absolutely are.
I don’t know why they started that forum, but some of that stuff is funny.
You know, I don’t think many are sincere when they question the sanity of Ron Paul supporters. I think it stems more from a simple contempt, not a question of sanity.
But, I would really have to question the sanity of anyone who actively supports some of the current neoconservative candidates though I’m not going to reduce myself to antagonizing other people and calling them names for their beliefs like a child would.
We’ve all seen the vision of America that the neoconservatives have for us, and I personally, don’t want that. I don’t want endless foreign intervention, endless war and endless welfare.
Most neoconservatives (voters) knowledge of the issues between us and the Middle East started with 9-11. In fact, much of the reasoning behind that attack stems from our intervention in the Middle East. Many people don’t even like to think about that aspect of the argument and attack and immediately start calling names and the conversation disintegrates. They simply can’t imagine that WE may have contributed towards much of the Hate coming from the Middle East.
Those people don’t hate us because were free or because were not Muslim. Maybe the extremists hate that about us, but it’s not why they attacked us like neocon Giuliani would have you believe.
They hate us, and they attacked us because we’ve been meddling in Middle Eastern affairs for over 50 years, backing one regime against another, introducing some regimes to their current chemical and biological weapons stashes, toppling elected regimes and replacing them with a Shah and they’ve been saying all this time that they don’t like it and they want us and our influence out of there.
Imagine how we would like it if some nation much more powerful than us, were doing that here for the last 50 years. Imagine how we would be striking back.
America is not the worlds police and we should not be working behind the scenes to help one regime against another. THAT is intervention and THAT is what Ron Paul, and myself are against.
I can’t speak to why you would be banned from anywhere, I don’t know the answers to that. But I CAN tell you, that many people WANT to discuss this issue, but don’t want to fight and argue with people and they definitely don’t like to be insulted for their beliefs.
Myself, I enjoy an adult discussion of the candidates, their views and the issues, but all the name calling and childish talk is just that…childish. Especially when this nation is attempt to pick its next President.
Chances are that Ron Paul is not going to be our next President, and I think that is a sad statement about this country.
OK, I just read through some of that forum and here’s what I found from you:
“OK. Ron Paul will never get more than 2% nationally. The voting machines in Iowa worked fine. If Giuliani, McCain and Thompson had campaigned and participated Dr. Pornulo would have gotten his usual 1-2%. What legislation has Dr. Pornulo passed? Why do his rabid followers act like cult members?
When I get banned it’s because I criticize Dr. Pornulo, and call you freaks what you are, FREAKS! Oh and debunking all their tinfoil hat conspiracy fantasies. I suggest you all read up on Jim Jones.
Tip: Google “Jim Jones Koolaid”, that’s your future with this loser.”
Thats not debate or discussion bh, that’s just childish.
How in the hell can a guy find actual adults discussing candidates and issues on the web? Can anyone point me to a place that actually does that without the juvenile antics of childish people? Anybody?
Plenty of people are willing to discuss a candidate in an adult manner. The problem is that we are not allowed to do so with Ron Paul. Every time I have seen anyone criticize him, they are met with insults and threats of violence.
You tell me who is acting childish when I am called a Nazi and have people threaten me simply because I talk about the Ron Paul spambots.
If there are plenty of people willing to discuss the candidates without all the childish insults and bickering, would you please point me to those places?
I’ll admit, most of the time BOTH sides act childish when discussing presidential candidates, you included. You knew exactly what you were doing when you wrote this article. You got exactly what you were looking for, then you complain about it as if you’re completely innocent in all this.
Did you honestly think you wouldn’t get hostile remarks to a hostile article?
I want past all that. I want an adult discussion about ALL the candidates because I have the obligation to vote for one of them fairly soon, and I want to make the best informed decision that I can make.
What I don’t want is to imerse myself into a playground of bickering and insults.
I’m starting to doubt that the place that I’m looking for even exists.
You are going to falsely accuse me of inviting threats of physical violence because you know that there is no place on the internet where one can go to have an adult conversation about Ron Paul. It won’t happen because the Ron Paul jaggoffs will find it and start calling people Nazis within minutes.
If you don’t believe me, go into my discussion forum and start talking about him and see what happens the moment someone says something bad about him.

Actually I think it’s funny. And what did I say that isn’t true?
thenewpundit,
What do you think people are going to do or say when you call them things like ‘jaggofs’ or ‘conspiracy nuts’ and make inflammatory statements about them? You can’t be that naive.
bh,
How do you know the voting machines in Iowa worked fine? How do you know that Ron Paul will never get more than 2% nationally? What makes you think you shouldn’t be banned somewhere for calling people freaks? These things are preposterous.
I’ve become very weary from this entire conversation. What does it tell you when we can’t actually discuss the issues or the candidates because were constantly going back and forth about who is right and who is wrong?
What does it tell you that you’re accusing people of doing exactly as you’re doing? I’ve had all of this childishness that I can take. There is absloutely no chance of having a rational and adult discussion with you people.
Have at it, immerse yourself in your childish hate and ignorance. I’m going to go search out the adults.
Waaaaaaaahhhhh.
>Now they have been called on it.
You’ve called nothing jackass, and you haven’t done your homework. Read Heinrich Muller’s dairies from when he was living in DC – he details that inside jobs were de rigeure in ’47 – what kind of asshat would think that anything is different here, now?
I stand by natural physical law, and I unlike most can actually do the maths. There is no way in hell those planes brought down those buildings, period. I’ve been saying so since 03. However, those who think RP will be hung on the “absurdity” of the case we will later win in the treason trials have no clue. RP is not the “911 candidate” – that’s Rudy’s schtick. I support RP for different reasons, e.g.: a TRUE free market.
Oh and btw thenewpundit, you just jumped the shark. You are, obviously, just another oldpundit – defending stasis over growth. Old sophisms over new proofs. You indeed are a pundit, and nothing more.
Good riddance.
@Kevin Houston

Exactly. Thenewpundit is using theoldesttrickinthebook.
TROOFFERRRR ALERT!!!!
Thanks for your insight Ellis. And thank you for your bravery. It is good to see people like you standing up and telling those lying structural engineers that they are stupid.
TROOFFERRRR ALERT!!!!
I guess now that the rontards have lost interest the real bottom of the barrel is coming out to comment.
